Design
How much is a measured survey?
This will dependent on the size of your property. We can advise you on the survey information you will require.
How much is an initial consultation?
We charge £150 for an initial consultation. Prior to this we will ask a series of questions to help better understand your aspirations and budget. During the consultation we will visit the property and discuss in detail your initial brief and requirements, focusing on spatial layouts, design preferences, and your aspirational budget and timeline.
How many revisions to plans are included?
We normally offer two iterations of the design. Once the outline design has been developed, any further drastic iterations will be charged at an hourly rate.
What other consultants may I need to appoint before planning?
The size and complexity of your project will determine what other professionals will need to be involved. We will advise and can arrange the appointment of a suitable team.
How long will it take to design and submit a Planning Application
This depends on the type of application, and the complexity of your project. However, for most small to medium, straightforward domestic projects we allow around 4-6 weeks to produce a design.
Do I get a copy of my plans?
We will email you a full planning set once the planning application has been submitted. You can request a full printed set at an additional cost.
You will also have access to the planning application online, where you can download all drawings and documents.
Shop
How do I return an Item?
Should you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase and we will provide shop credit to the value of your purchase or exchange the same item, subject to availability.
It will not be possible to return or exchange items after 14 days from the date of purchase, unless the item is faulty, in which case you have 30 days from the date of purchase and will be eligible for a refund, shop credit or exchange.
To be eligible for shop credit, exchange or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase (unless faulty) and the card you paid with (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you require us to send an exchanged product via post, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
My Item arrived damaged
If the item is faulty you have 30 days from the date of purchase and will be eligible for a refund, shop credit or exchange.
