Transfers the load of your structure directly to the ground. Usually constructed of concrete. Very costly to remediate if not installed correctly.

Made up of many different components. From render to wall ties, if components are installed incorrectly they will almost certainly result in defects in the coming years.

Roof

Probably the highest risk of future defects. It’s essential that design details and 3rd party certificates are followed and adhered to when installing on site.
